Justo drag & Drop the fime inside iTunes
then go to your device (your iPhone) in iTunes and enable the sync tones (Tones – Sync Tones)

I have downloaded the ringtone to my desktop changed the file but I dont have a ringtone folder on my itunes or iphone?? what am i missing?? I have wanted this ringtone for years and now I’m so close I can taste it but I’m missing something lol
